We will, at our expense, correct all defects attributed to faulty workmanship in the repairs stated on the repair service invoice, unless caused by or damage resulting from unreasonable use, an unrelated accident, improper maintenance or care of the vehicle

This guarantee covers labor only and does not apply to parts or materials, which may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty

Our commitment goes beyond quality repairs. The Williams staff will help you submit insurance claims, answer questions and keep you informed of the status of your vehicle's repair.
